Kratom (Mytragyna speciosa) is an herb from the leaves of a tree native to Southeast Asia that has been used for centuries in traditional medicine. Effects

Dosage

Usage

Kratom can be prepared for use in a variety of ways. The most common is making tea. Add 0.5 to 1 gram to 150 ml boiling water, leave it soak for 10 minutes. Add honey to taste and drink.
