Kratom is a tropical evergreen tree in the coffee family native to Southeast Asia. The leaf material or resinous extracts have stimulating and sedative properties.

Effects

The effect depends on the kratom strain and the dosage. Lower doses have more stimulating effects, while higher doses produce more sedative effects. Please keep in mind, if you have little or no experience with Kratom, the effects may be less pronounced.

Dosage

2 to 4 capsules. Drink with a glass of water or fruit juice on an empty stomach. Always start with a low dose to test your sensitivity.
