Effects

The effect depends on the kratom strain and the dosage. Lower doses have more stimulating effects, while higher doses produce more sedative effects. Please keep in mind, if you have little or no experience with Kratom, the effects may be less pronounced.

Dosage

5 ml will is enough for a light dose with more stimulating effects. In low doses Kratom is very energetic. At higher doses it becomes more sedative and relaxing. When using for the first time it is advise to start with maximum half a bottle (5 ml).

Usage

Each bottle contains 10 ml of liquid extract. The bottle should be shaken with every use. You can use the liquid sublingually by putting desired amount under the tongue. Try to keep it there for 1 minute before swallowing. If you dislike the taste you can mix it with any liquid of your choice and drink it. Effects are more pronounced when taken on an empty stomach.

Duration

The effects start to be felt after 10 minutes and can last for up to 8 hours, depending on the amount taken.
