Can I change my account details?
Login to your account and select MY DETAILS from the top menu. Here you can update your details including email, postal address and passwords.
Can I delete my account?
Due to technical reasons it is not possible to delete your account. You are free to change your details so they are not your real contacts and will not be associated to you.
I forgot my password what should I do?
Please visit the Login page, click on FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD, fill in your email address and you will be sent a new password.
Do you store my information or give it to 3rd parties?
We store your address and contact information as well as your order history.
